It includes access to software downloads, documentation, patches, discussion forums and the Knowledge Base, which offers a growing collection of technical articles, tips, tricks and code samples to help administrators and developers learn more about Open Text software. The KC is also the official source for the Software Maintenance Program Handbook, which details the key policies, features and benefits offered through Open Text Customer Support covered by your annual maintenance fees.
